Sr. Alina Marie

Director of Religious Education

Sr. Alina Marie is a Perpetually Professed Sister with the Parish Visitors of Mary Immaculate. Originally from Georgia, Sister is one of four children. She graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology and worked for a technology company for two years until 2016, when she entered the Parish Visitors of Mary Immaculate. Since her entrance, Sister has received a Graduate Certificate of Completion in Religious Education from Holy Apostles College and Seminary and deepened her life of prayer, community, and apostolic service through her formation in the Community.  On May 31, 2019, Sister made her First Profession of Vows and on August 15, 2024 her Perpetual Profession.

Sr. Alina Marie served for two years as the Coordinator of Religious Education in New Jersey and has also been blessed to assist in Catholic summer programs such as Camp Veritas, Vacation Bible School, and Summer Life Camp. Sister's other apostolic experiences include door-to-door visitation in Philadelphia, and temporary missions in Michigan's Upper Peninsula and Ireland.  Sr. Alina Marie began assisting with the Faith Formation Programs here in Warren in September 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Religious Education for St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish.
