Nancy Higham

Office Assistant

Nancy's journey of faith started in 1958 when she was baptized at Christ Our King Church in Warren. Shortly thereafter her parents became members of St Pius X Church. She is the 3rd of 6 children born to a Catholic Italian family. Nancy spent all her childhood and most of her adult life at St. Pius X. Her journey of faith led her from St. Pius X to St. John Paul II and now St. Mary. Nancy started working for St. Pius X Church and Warren Parochial School (St. Pius) in1993. She transferred to Blessed Sacrament School in 1996 where she worked as school secretary for 16 years. In 2015 she was hired as secretary of Blessed Sacrament Parish and currently is one of the office assistants of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish.

Her faith journey has taken her through many school and church mergers and closings and has blessed her with meeting so many wonderful people over the years. Nancy believes that faith, acceptance, and kindness are a must in life. Nancy and her husband Marty have 5 grown children, 13 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.
