The members of Blessed Sacrament’s Saint Vincent de Paul Society work throughout the year in ministry to serve needy families in the immediate area around our parish through our food pantry, holiday food baskets and soup kitchen.  We are able to serve so many in our community each year because of the great generosity of our benefactors and of the Blessed Sacrament parish community.

Our Blessed Sacrament Conference is part of the Saint Vincent de Paul Trumbull County Deanery which comprises 7 individual local parish conferences including; Blessed Sacrament (Warren), Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Niles), Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton (Warren), Saint Mary’s (Warren), Saint Rose (Girard), Saint Stephen (Niles) and Saint Thomas the Apostle (Vienna).  Individually these conferences serve their local communities operating local food pantries, and collectively, as the Trumbull County Deanery, we manage the Saint Vincent de Paul Thrift Store at 540 Main Avenue SW in Warren and the Saint Vincent dePaul Dining Hall at 2355 Niles Road.

The St. Vincent de Paul Society’s Thrift Store accepts donations of clothing, furniture, appliances and household items, which can be sold to our clients at low/deeply discounted prices.  All of the proceeds from the Thrift Store go directly to the dining hall ministry.  The Thrift Store provides over 80% of the funding for the operation of the Dining Hall, which is now serving meals 270 days each year, and served over 75,000 meals in 2020.
